WE          CREATIVITY

THE NEED

Creativity and business-as-usual processes are in perpetual tension and maintaining the balance to stay fresh and innovative and also to foster a creative culture takes commitment, effort and very often a bit of outside help.

WE DESIGN FOR AND EMBED CREATIVE PROCESS IN ORGANISATIONS

Drawing from psychology and how people like to work, think and behave, we help organisations to create the optimal conditions for creativity to thrive.

We consider things like physical place and available space for creativity to unfold, visible symbols of truth that uphold the value of creativity and the all-important managerial supports that enable it to take place.

We examine, shape and help to implement a creative process that can support rather than stifle creativity between people and between organisations

WE REBOOT CREATIVE COLLABORATION BETWEEN TEAMS AND GROUPS

The freedom that creativity loves is in perpetual tension with competing constraints like time, money and other mandatory considerations.  Healthy tension and remaining aligned can be difficult in fast-paced environments.  It is invaluable to creativity that we reform and reset collaborative teams every so often.

WE TRAIN TEAMS TO LIBERATE THEIR CREATIVE POTENTIAL

We have designed, written and delivered creativity training programmes both in university and corporate environments.  The modules and content are tailored to the organisation, team and individual needs but can include any of the following:

  • The tools of Consumer Insight and Strategic Planning

  • Creative thinking techniques

  • Understanding creativity (and how it relates to things like intelligence, EQ, personality, thinking styles etc.)

  • Spotting ideas, crafting them and delivering them in a way that inspires belief

  • The habits of highly creative people

  • Design Thinking

  • Storytelling for work

  • Visual thinking for strategy

  • Creative collaboration (managing conflict, negotiating choppy waters, giving constructive feedback and listening to your gut)

  • Presentations that inspire
