We consider things like physical place and available space for creativity to unfold, visible symbols of truth that uphold the value of creative work and the all-important managerial supports that enable it to take place. 

 

We examine, shape and help to implement a creative process that can support the creativity between people and between organisations

We have designed, written and delivered creativity training programmes both in university and corporate environments.  The modules and content are tailored to the organisation, team and individual needs but can include any of the following:

  • The abilities and traits of human creativity

  • Creative thinking techniques

  • Understanding creativity (and how it relates to things like intelligence, EQ, personality, thinking styles etc.)

  • Spotting ideas, crafting them and delivering them in a way that inspires belief

  • Design Thinking

  • Storytelling for work (presentations that inspire)

  • Visual thinking for strategy

  • Creative collaboration (success factors, skills of facilitation)

 

3. We coach teams to embed and advance creative thinking in their process

 

Whether the teams are developing strategic plans, problem solving, or developing new products/propositions, having a third party support them along the key milestones can enable the team to maintain momentum, unlock the potential of the group and facilitate them to achieve the greatest possible outcome.
